We are looking for a Cloud Security Administrator to join our IT team in Riga. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in securing cloud-based infrastructure, particularly in Microsoft Azure, and a solid understanding of ISO 27001 standards. Youll play a critical role in protecting our cloud environments, ensuring compliance, and supporting our global operations.
As a Cloud Security Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices in cloud security, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring our systems are resilient against cyber threats. This is a full-time, office-based role where youll work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and securing the companys cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure;
- Implementing and maintaining security policies and controls in line with ISO 27001 standards;
- Monitoring cloud environments for vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance violations;
- Performing regular security audits and risk assessments for cloud systems;
- Collaborating with IT teams to design secure architecture for new cloud-based services;
- Responding to security incidents and conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences;
- Ensuring proper access controls, identity management, and encryption practices are in place;
- Documenting security procedures on cloud security best practices.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, required as it is the primary language used for communication within the international teams and with global partners and vendors;
- 2+ years of prior work experience in cloud architecture or solution design with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security;
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001);
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles, encryption methods, and network security;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
What's nice to have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications.
