JOB MISSION
Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding the best talents.
OUTCOMES
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, recruitment agencies and headhunting)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
- On-board newcomers to ensure their pleasant experience during the first months on the job and throughout their employment
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Participate in HR related projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at least 2 years
- Good knowledge of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection methods
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Latvian language and English language due to work with foreign countries
