About the job
We are looking for a part-time Operations Assistant who would help us to take care of our clients in Latvia. You will be supporting our Latvian Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and client communication according to the established processes.
Work load: part-time (0,5 work load)
Work location: Latvia
What you will do
- Handling B2B accounts, ensuring compliance with specific rules and client requirements.
- Managing Service Providers´ accounts and providing account management support (being the main contact person for them).
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Reporting activities.
- Support the team with other internal processes and tasks (e.g. contributing to FAQ and catalogue-related tasks, translations, helping in B2B event participation).

- Excellent communicator and problem-solver.
- Attention to details and ability to handle routine tasks.
- Patience and positive mindset.
- A people person and a team-player.
- A sense of ownership, ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to grow together with Stebby and develop yourself.
- Excellent Latvian and English skills. Speaking Russian is a big advantage. As Stebby is international company English is needed to communicate internally. Russian language is mainly needed when communicating with Service Providers.
