Amber Jet Group is a company that provides a wide range of business aviation services. The Main business activity is private jet charter flight brokerage, aircraft acquisition and sales, as well as services related to aircraft management and operation support.

Flight support specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Managing the process from initial flight confirmation to touch-down
- Responsible for passenger logistics, ensuring that passengers' ground transportation, catering, and other requests are taken care of
- Managing the process of creating travel itineraries and passenger paperwork
- Cooperating with flight crews and internal departments to ensure smooth operation
- Liaising with external providers operators, handling agents, FBOs concerning current and upcoming company flights
- Reviewing, preparing, and submitting post-flight expense reports
- Evaluating, identifying, and recommending process improvement adjustments for better business operations
- Maintaining long-term relationship with partner operators and suppliers through daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience within private and general aviation is preferred
- Previous experience in the luxury industry from a customer service perspective is preferred
- Excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 business aviation environment, requiring non-standard work hours
- Ability to perform flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
EXCELLENT ENGLISH (BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
PREVIOUS AVIATION EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
